Lower Merion: Settled in 1682, Lower Merion began as a community of 52 residents making up the land share. Today, Lower Merion has grown into a township of around 58,000 residents. The town treasures their heritage and history. Original street signs dating back to the early 1910s are still standing and the Lower Merion residents have made sure to keep the historic vibe alive. The residents worked with each other to ensure their borough was declared one of Pennsylvania's historic districts.

Within less than a mile, there are numerous sites to visit and enjoy a great meal. Haverford College located within The Suburban Square is a popular spot to dine and enjoy a walk or shop. Just outside of Suburban Square, residents can enjoy the weekly farmer's market and a quick bite at the favorite McCloskey's restaurant.

Please note that some towns cross school district, county, and township boundries.  For a more targeted search, please contact Brian.
