Rosemont
Built around Rosemont College and the famous Beaupre neighborhood, Rosemont is mostly residentially occupied. The Beaupre neighborhood showcases the historic mansion of Alexander Cassatt. The original hand-crafted iron gates to the estate still stand today and are well known for historical photography enthusiasts capturing their beauty.
Lush parks and landscapes surround the area and make for picturesque picnic escapes. Some of the neighboring communities are within walking or biking distance and many residents spend their days in those surrounding boutiques, spas and art centers. When locals are not attending many of the museum events, they often enjoy quiet Saturday afternoons at the local farmer's market presenting them with locally sourced fruits, grains, vegetables and hand-crafted goods.
